The HFES BIPOC is inviting you to participate in a diverse and inclusive mentorship effort.
MENTORING CIRCLES
The Black, Indigenous, People of Color Affinity Group is looking to launch a mentorship program in 2023!
The format is mentoring in groups of 5-7.
There will be 4 sessions.
Each session will be 50 minutes, once every five to six weeks from March to October 2023.
Each group will have 2 mentors with 4 or 5 mentees engaging in peer-to-peer professional, shared, and confidential mentorship that will not be recorded.
